Our programs are customized for the members of each institution we partner with. This ensures members always receive plans that are fairly priced, relevant, and designed for their needs.
Our home protection plans last 30 days to one year and you have the option to renew or extend their coverage.
While we strive to offer extensive coverage, some exclusions apply, such as cosmetic damage, improper maintenance, or pre-existing issues. Reviewing the exclusions in our Terms and Conditions helps you fully understand what’s covered.
You may cancel your plan at any time. If you cancel within the first 30 days, you are entitled to a full refund unless you made a claim. After 30 days, we will prorate a refund, less any claims paid, and applicable cancellation fees.
You can easily file a claim through our online portal, chat, or phone. If the breakdown is covered, you’ll be provisionally approved to proceed with choosing your preferred service technician to repair the covered breakdown. You’ll be responsible to ensure that the breakdown is in the inclusion of your service agreement and pay the service technician. We’ll reimburse you for all covered repairs, less the applicable deductible (or service fee).
The Coverly Home Protection Plan is administered by AssureSolv, a leading digital-enabled warranty administrator, and insured by AmTrust, an “A-“ insurance carrier. Together, you can enjoy peace of mind and confidence that their protection plan has them covered.

Transferring your protection plan to the new owner is easy. Just notify us within 30 days of the sale, and they’ll enjoy uninterrupted coverage—adding value to your home while giving them peace of mind.
